Privacy Policy

To ensure the normal operation of the App and provide complete AI comic creation services for users, the only data processed by Comicpuz is the content actively input and uploaded by users during the creation process, including text prompt content entered by users, single reference images uploaded by users for style replication and picture reconstruction, and multiple reference images uploaded by users for character and scene fusion creation. All the above data is only used for real-time AI generation and rendering of comic works during the user’s current use session.

During the whole data processing process, we do not collect any user facial information. The images uploaded by users are limited to common scene pictures, character sketches, comic material pictures and other creation reference materials actively selected by users. The App will not automatically identify, extract, analyze or store any facial information contained in user uploaded pictures, nor will it independently capture or collect user facial information through any technical means.

Comicpuz does not collect any other personal private data of users. We do not obtain user’s mobile device unique identification information, location information, contact information, browsing records, device album full data, call records and other irrelevant personal information. At the same time, we confirm that no facial information collection program is embedded in the App code, and all functional modules of the App do not involve the collection, analysis and storage of user facial information.

All user creation data (including text prompts and uploaded reference images) processed by the App is only cached locally on the user’s personal device during the real-time creation process, which is convenient for users to adjust creation parameters and modify comic works in real time. We will not upload any user creation data, local operation data or device data to any remote server, nor will we synchronize or back up user data through network channels.

After the user closes the App or completes the comic creation and exports the work, the temporary cache data generated during the creation process will not be automatically retained by the App. Users can independently clear the local cache data of the App through the device system settings at any time to ensure the cleanliness of local data. During the entire data storage and cache processing link, we never collect, retain or analyze user facial information, and no facial data will be generated, cached or stored in any local or network link of the App.

The comic works generated and exported by users are completely saved in the user’s personal device local folder. We have no right to access, view, store or obtain the user’s final exported works, and will not conduct any secondary processing on the user’s creation results. There is no facial information collection behavior in the whole process of work generation, export and storage, and the App’s core creation mechanism does not support any form of user facial information collection and recording.

All user active input and uploaded data processed by the App is only used for the core service of AI comic creation, including text-to-image comic generation, single-image style replication and picture reconstruction, multi-image character and scene fusion synthesis, and matching with built-in comic style templates to generate high-definition webtoons, illustrations and comic panels. We will not use user creation data for any other irrelevant purposes.

We strictly restrict the data usage scope of the App, and there is no data sharing, data transmission, data leasing or data selling behavior. No third-party institution or individual can obtain the user’s creation data and device data through the App. In the whole process of data usage and service provision, we always adhere to the principle of user privacy priority, do not actively or passively collect any user facial information, and will not use technical means to dig out, identify and store facial features in user uploaded materials.

The built-in style templates of the App are all preset offline resource packages, which do not need to obtain user personal data for matching and calling. The template invocation and comic rendering process are completed locally on the user device, without any network data transmission involving user personal privacy, and the whole process is completely isolated from user facial information collection.

Comicpuz is a fully compliant lightweight AI comic creation tool, which meets all standard review requirements of mainstream application stores. The App has no hidden functions, no abnormal background operation behaviors, and no unauthorized network access behaviors. We do not set any implicit data collection channels, and all functional modules are open and transparent to users.

The App has no in-app purchase function, no subscription service, no paid unlocking function, and all core comic creation functions and style templates are open to users for free. This policy does not involve any charging, payment, deduction and subscription related content, and there is no commercial data collection behavior derived from paid services. At the same time, we confirm that there is no hot update function in the App, and no remote code modification, function iteration and resource replacement will be carried out without user awareness.

In terms of technical settings, the App does not embed any facial recognition, facial capture, facial data analysis and other related functional components. All operation logs and data processing logs of the App do not contain any user facial information records. From technical architecture and functional design, we completely avoid any form of user facial information collection behavior, ensuring that user facial privacy is fully protected.

Since Comicpuz does not collect, store and upload any user personal private data, including no collection of user facial information, users can use all App functions with complete privacy security. Users have the independent right to decide on the use, retention and deletion of creation materials and works. Users can delete uploaded reference images, clear local App cache and delete exported comic works at any time according to their own needs.

We fully respect and protect users' privacy rights. During the whole use cycle of the App, we will never collect, record, track or analyze user facial information, and there is no risk of facial information leakage, transmission and misuse. The App’s lightweight operation mode ensures that no redundant data collection behaviors will occur, and all user operation behaviors are completely independent and private on the local device.

We reserve the right to appropriately update and optimize this Privacy Policy according to the iteration of App functions and the adjustment of application store compliance specifications. All updated contents will be displayed in the App in the form of public announcements, and the updated policy will take effect immediately after publication. The core principles of this policy (no account registration, no facial information collection, no paid services, no private data collection) will not be changed arbitrarily.

It is repeatedly confirmed that in any version iteration and function update of the App, we will always adhere to the rule of not collecting any user facial information, and will never add any facial information collection, recognition and storage functions. All service behaviors and data processing behaviors of the App are always based on the premise of protecting user privacy and complying with compliance specifications.
